All defective items, including breakages, qualify for replacement ONLY if we are notified within 5 business days upon receipt of item(s). The item(s) must be returned in original packaging. If your notification is recieved after 5 business days you will have to purchase the item(s) if you would like it replaced.
All merchandise returned after 10 business days of receipt for refund and/or exchange will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in new and unused condition in the original package in order for us to exchange or refund your purchase. Any Item that is not in new and unused condition and is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new and unused condition to receive the full refund.
If your order qualified for free shipping and you want to return an item or items, you will be credited back the cost of the item(s) less actual cost of shipping the item(s) to you.

December Holiday Return Policy
We must be notified of all returns and/or exchanges by Jan 2nd of the following year to avoid a 15% restocking fee. All returns and/or exchanges after Jan 2nd will be subject to our regular return policy.
Credit Card Refunds
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
